According to the Department of Transport Management, applicants who submit their applications seven days in advance can have their driving licenses produced instantly.
People who are moving outside the country right away, such as army and police officials who are joining UN peacekeeping operations, as well as others who need a smart driving license right now, can apply for this service, according to the department.
Even though they passed the test, around 400,000 applicants are still waiting for licenses in various categories. However, the agency says that the wait will end in a month since they are producing about 8,000 licenses every day.
